Classes are £7 per 1 hour session.

30-min classes are £4 each…or save & buy 2 for £7! If you have a loyalty card, you can use 1 stamp to book 2 half-hour classes.

Loyalty Cards: Join the Club!
£30 for a 5 Group-Class pass
Each loyalty card is valid for 1 year & can be used for all In-Person or Online classes, except the Marina Centre. You can even use it to bring a guest to class & treat them to a session of peaceful energy. Simply bring your card to class each week and I'll initial it for the # of participants using the card - easy peasy! The Class Passes are non-refundable, but can be transferred to someone else if you're no longer able to attend.
