Hi There!

I'm Jenn Kenny, a Certified Tier 1 Holden QiGong Teacher, and owner of Sun & Moon QiGong; originally based out of NJ, USA... now proudly located in scenic Norfolk, England!

I enjoy creating classes for morning, evening, and all times in-between!

I aim to infuse my classes with positive energy, relaxation, fun... and I do love a good theme, so you may often see themed classes on the menu.


QiGong is one of my many passions in life, and I hope it becomes close to your heart as well.,,, Join me and see what QiGong can do for you!

My Journey

My overall QiGong journey began about 15 years ago. I had been over-working myself at the gym 2 hours a day, 6 days a week, until I sustained a muscle injury which led me to seek safer ways to keep moving while I rehabbed my injury.  It was then that I discovered QiGong, and I was amazed by how quickly I regained freedom of movement without pain, and I began to heal.

QiGong helped keep me flexible and healthy, and healed me on the inside as well – I felt more peaceful & confident, and my levels of stress & anxiety were reduced. QiGong helped me return to the physical activities I enjoyed, only this time my days were more balanced. I began incorporating both QiGong and yoga with a more moderate aerobics routine.  I realized the importance of caring for my body and my soul, and it brought more harmony to my life.

During the Covid lockdown, I was using my QiGong DVDs to help with anxiety, stress, and other mixed emotions, but I still felt a sense of restlessness in my soul – I wanted to learn more, to deepen my practice and take it to the next level.  That’s when I found Lee Holden’s website & YouTube channel. 

I began following his classes, and I was quickly hooked!  Within a week, I signed up for the Teacher Training Certification program, and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.  


It's now something I can bring to other people... I am so happy to teach QiGong and share this practice with others.
